Do you haul it all away?
Yes. Every demolition job includes the haul away. The same crew tears it down, loads it and takes it with us. No dumpster and no separate hauler.
What has to happen before you start?
Any water, gas or electric connected to what's coming out has to be shut off and capped first. We don't do utility work, and we don't start until it's confirmed off.
Is there demolition you don't do?
Yes. We don't pull permits, we don't touch anything load bearing, and we don't disconnect gas, electric, water or sewer. Not sure if your job fits? Call and we'll tell you straight.
What about asbestos in an older home?
We don't test for asbestos and we don't remove it. Tell us the age of the home when you call.
